Ambassador Nersesyan’s meeting with Congressman Costa

On January 23rd Ambassador Nersesyan met with Congressman Jim Costa (D-CA), representing Fresno County, home to a large Armenian-American community. The Ambassador expressed gratitude to Congressman Costa for his longtime active involvement in the Congressional Caucus on Armenian Issues.

The interlocutors touched upon the fundamental political changes in Armenia. The Congressman expressed hope that these reforms would contribute to enhancing Armenian-American trade and economic relations and trigger investments.

Both Ambassador Nersesyan and Congressman Costa highlighted the unique role of the Armenia-American community in strengthening the friendly relations between Armenia and the United States.
