Ambassador Varuzhan Nersesyan’s meeting with Congressman David Price

On March 7, Ambassador Varuzhan Nersesyan met with Congressman David E. Price, Chairman of the House Democracy Partnership bipartisan committee.

During the meeting the interlocutors discussed issues on building a partnership between the National Assembly of Armenia and the House Democracy Partnership Committee.

Ambassador Nersesyan also briefed the Congressman on the Armenian Government’s efforts towards strengthening democracy, as well as on the positive feedback of international observers and organizations on the parliamentary elections.

Ambassador Nersesyan and Congressman Price also touched upon a number of issues on the Armenia-US current agenda, in this context highlighting the role of the US Congress.
