A virtual meeting between Ambassador Makunts and Congressman Valadao

On September 30th Lilit Makunts, Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the United States of America, held a virtual meeting with Congressman David Valadao (R – California).

The interlocutors discussed number of issues aimed at strengthening bilateral relations, and in this context emphasized the role of the US Congress.

Ambassador briefed about the challenges and humanitarian crises followed by the Azerbaijani aggression against the people of Nagorno-Karabakh.

In that regard, Ambassador thanked Congressman for raising the above-mentioned issues, as well as coming up with legislative initiatives.
