Ambassador Sargsyan’ s meeting with Frank Pallone, member of the U.S. Congress

On December 3, H.E. Tigran Sargsyan, Ambassador of Armenia to the United States, had a meeting with Congressman Frank Pallone, Co-Chair of U.S. Congressional Caucus on Armenian issues.

On Ambassador Sargsyan’s request, the Congressman presented the issues on the Armenian Caucus’s agenda and steps being undertaken in that regard. Ambassador Sargsyan highly appreciated the personal input of Congressman Pallone in advancing the international recognition of the Armenian Genocide and ensuring political and economic support to Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh

Congressman Pallone reassured his commitment to maintain a principled stance on issues related for Armenia and the Armenian people.

Ambassador Sargsyan and Congressman Pallone exchanged views also on issues concerning Armenian’s foreign policy, recent developments in Nagorno-Karabakh peace process and regional security.
