‘Tevanik’ film screening in Washington

On January 17, Hamazkayin Armenian Educational and Cultural Society organized screening of the joint Armenian-Lithuanian movie “Tevanik” by Jivan Avetisyan which took place at the hall of the Soorp Khatch Armenian Apostolic Church. Ambassador of Armenia Tigran Sargsyan, NKR Representative Robert Avetisyan, numerous members of the Armenian-American community attended the event.

In his remarks Ambassador Sargsyan highly appreciated such initiatives, which provide an opportunity to learn more about Artsakh and discover different aspects of human lives during the conflict. Ambassador Sargsyan congratulated director Avetisyan on the launch of the movie and wished him success in his future endeavors.

After the screening director Jivan Avetisyan presented his next project – the Last Inhabitant – and answered the questions of the attendees.
