H.E. Lilit Makunts, Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the USA met with Lili Bosse, Mayor of Beverly Hills, Mark Stainbrook, Chief of Police and Nancy Hunt-Coffey, Beverly Hills City Manager

Within the framework of her working visit to Los Angeles on February 24, H.E. Lilit Makunts, Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the USA met with Lili Bosse, Mayor of Beverly Hills, Mark Stainbrook, Chief of Police and Nancy Hunt-Coffey, Beverly Hills City Manager.

During the meeting, both sides touched upon the issues related the Armenian Community of California, as well as to the possible cooperation in the areas of mutual interest. Ambassador Makunts raised her deep concern about the flyers containing hate speech, which recently appeared in different parts of the City. The Ambassador expressed her gratitude to the Beverly Hills authorities for fighting against xenophobia and keeping their focus on the issues of the Armenian Community.
