On October 31 Ambassador Makunts met with Dr. Evelyn Farkas, the Executive Director of the McCain Institute at Arizona State University.
The Ambassador briefed Dr. Farkas on the recent developments in Armenia and in the region, highlighted Armenian's commitment to the peace agenda. The Ambassador and Dr. Farkas exchanged opinions on the vital role of the United States in establishing long lasting peace and stability in the South Caucasus region.
