The meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia with the U.S. Special Representative for City and State Diplomacy

On February 17, in the framework of the Munich Security Conference, Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan had a meeting with Nina Hachigian, U.S. Special Representative for City and State Diplomacy.

Views were exchanged on the topics of the Armenia-US bilateral partnership agenda. The interlocutors touched upon the upcoming events as well as the opportunities of cooperation between cities, provinces and states respectively.

The interlocutors discussed issues related to the security situation in the South Caucasus. Armenia’s Foreign Minister Mirzoyan and US Special Representative Hachigian touched upon the recent developments in the region and the process of normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
