On November 11, Ambassador Mkrtchyan met with Dr. Paula Hopkins, Executive Vice President of the Miami-Dade Beacon Council, Julio Piti, Vice President of the Beacon Council, Marixel Garcia, Director of Business Development, as well as Michael Diaz Jr., Global Managing Partner of Diaz Reus International Law Firm and Board Member of the Beacon Council.

The Beacon Council, a public-private partnership, is the official economic development organization for Miami-Dade County, which works closely with local governments and the business community to attract investments and promote economic growth.

During the meeting, opportunities for cooperation were discussed. The Beacon Council expressed its readiness to assist Armenian companies in entering the Florida and broader American markets.
