On November 13, Ambassador of Armenia to the United States, Narek Mkrtchyan, met with GITC/ACT Executive Director Amalya Yeghoyan and EXPLR representative Charmaine Lear.
 
According to the memorandum signed between the American company EXPLR and ACT College, the US National STEM Festival will be held in Armenia for the first time in September 2026.
 
Ambassador Mkrtchyan thanked the company for choosing Armenia as the first country to host the festival outside the United States. He reaffirmed his support for the initiative, emphasizing that the development of STEM education is important for the youth of Armenia and will provide an opportunity to attract participants from both Armenia and the Diaspora and different countries around the world.
