As part of his visit to California, Ambassador Narek Mkrtchyan met on March 28 with representatives of the ASOF at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech). The meeting brought together scientists and experts in technology, physics, education, science, healthcare, and finance. The discussion was also attended by Anna Avetisyan, Consul General of the Republic of Armenia in Los Angeles.
 
During the meeting, Ambassador Mkrtchyan presented the Armenia–U.S. bilateral agenda, highlighted the Washington Agreements and Armenia–U.S. Memoranda of Understanding, and emphasized the TRIPP initiative, aimed at promoting regional connectivity, trade, and economic growth.
 
The conversation also focused on exploring new opportunities for cooperation in science, education, and technology.
