Ambassador Markarian’s meeting with newly appointed Co-Chairman of the Congressional Armenian Caucus Rep. Michael Grimm

On September 18, Tatoul Markarian, Ambassador of Armenia to the U.S. met with Michael Grimm, U.S. Representative for New York's 11th congressional district and the newly appointed Co-Chairman of the Congressional Armenia Caucus.

Ambassador Markarian congratulated Congressman Grimm on assuming the Co-Chairmanship and wished him success in his endeavors.

Congressman Grimm reaffirmed his commitment to continue his principled stance on the issues concerning Armenia and the Armenian nation.

Ambassador Markarian and Congressman Grimm discussed the future activities and wide range of issues on the agenda of the Congressional Armenian Caucus. They exchanged views on Armenia’s foreign policy, the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process and regional issues.
